What We Offer

Sheet metal and accessory work is one of the most detail-dependent aspects of commercial roofing — and one of the most consequential. Every roof system relies on a network of metal components to manage water at the edges, transitions, and penetrations where the membrane alone cannot do the job.

We fabricate and install the full range of commercial sheet metal work, including custom flashings, coping caps, edge metal, scuppers, gutters, downspouts, pitch pans, and specialty components designed to integrate precisely with the roofing system they serve.

Why It’s Important

If you were to map the location of every commercial roof failure across a large portfolio of buildings, the pattern would be immediately clear — the overwhelming majority originate at edges, transitions, and penetrations, not in the field of the membrane itself. Coping caps, edge metal, flashings, and scuppers are the components standing between those vulnerable points and water intrusion, and when they're undersized, improperly detailed, or poorly installed, no amount of quality membrane work can compensate.

Coping caps protect parapets — one of the most exposure-prone elements of any commercial roof — from water infiltrating the top of the wall and migrating down into the building envelope. Edge metal secures the membrane termination and manages water at the roof perimeter. Scuppers and gutters control where water goes when it leaves the roof surface, and when they're undersized or deteriorated, the consequences show up quickly in the form of overflow, facade staining, and accelerated membrane degradation. Flashings at walls, curbs, and penetrations are the transitions where two systems meet — and transitions are always where failure is most likely without precise, durable metalwork holding them together.

Beyond pure function, quality sheet metal work contributes meaningfully to the long-term durability and appearance of the entire building. Well-executed metalwork is clean, tight, and built to last — and it reflects the same standard of craftsmanship that should be present throughout the entire roofing system. It's not a finishing detail. It's a foundational part of how a commercial roof performs.
